People, horses, cats, pigeons but especially
people - eating, drinking, talking, laughing,
through the day. I was here, they were here,
the story had to be told.

The impressionistic approach to illustrating the
character of the sixteen guest rooms felt true
to both the setting as well as the ambiance.

I sought to extend this expression in illustrative
form while designing the inn's webiste in which
each would identify with oneself (to include
me sitting on the bench with the two dogs)

For years the Inn was my living gallery, and
remains after our departure peppered throughout
with years of my artwork.
